Responses to the latest informal poll on The O&P EDGE social media sites showed that O&P clinicians, in general, agree physician referrals are essential to their business.
Fifty-three percent of those who responded to the poll said physician referrals are “very important.” Thirty-eight percent said that the referrals are the business’ lifeline. Six percent of those responding said referrals are “somewhat important,” and three percent felt referrals were not vital to their business.
