Wright & Filippis, headquartered in Rochester Hills, Michigan, sold its complex rehabilitation technology solutions operations in metropolitan Detroit and Lansing, Michigan, and its mobility division in Flint, Michigan, to National Seating & Mobility (NSM), Franklin, Tennessee. The sales price was not disclosed.
NSM will assume Wright & Filippis’ complex rehabilitation technology solutions operations, and its mobility division will merge within an existing NSM operation in Freeland, Michigan. Eighteen Wright & Filippis employees will transition to NSM branches.
“This acquisition allows both companies to focus on our areas of expertise,” said Bill Mixon, CEO of NSM.
