The 2013 Annual Scientific Symposium of the Florida Association of Orthotists and Prosthetists (FAOP)/Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (FCAAOP) was held July 18-20 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Orlando, Florida. About 200 O&P professionals were in attendance. The three-day symposium, coordinated by Dino Scanio, CO, LO, FAOP treasurer, offered educational courses and workshops for FAOP/FCAAOP members and nonmembers alike. An exhibit hall was also open each afternoon showcasing 56 vendors.
