GA Modifier and Coverage of Knee Unit

A while back I submitted a question about using the GA modifier when billing Medicare for an electronic AK knee unit. After receiving input from others on this list, we decided to submit the claim to Medicare assigned, and not using the GA modifier. We received full payment from Medicare.
