Ekso Bionics Holdings, Richmond, California, has appointed Ted Wang, PhD, to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Wang is the founder and chief investment officer of Puissance Capital Management, New York, a global asset manager. Prior to founding Puissance, Wang was a partner at Goldman Sachs, New York. He will replace Dan Boren, who joined the Ekso Board in April 2013 and resigned September 19.
