Wright & Filippis, headquartered in Rochester Hills, Michigan, has acquired certain assets of MOS, formerly known as Michigan Orthopedic Services, headquartered in Livonia, Michigan. Existing MOS offices will be closed, and patients will be directed to nearby Wright & Filippis locations.
“The primary goal of this transition is to ensure there isn’t any interruption of service to both MOS patients and the hospitals and referral sources they serve,” Wright & Filippis vice president of operations, Steve Filippis , CP, said in a company press release. “Included in this transition, Wright & Filippis is retaining many of the MOS certified clinicians who have a great reputation for providing quality care. We are very excited to have both their clinical and office staff as part of our team.”
“We are proud of the service we’ve been able to provide to patients over the years, and we are excited that a company as highly regarded as Wright & Filippis will continue this service,” said Joe Condon, MOS president and CEO. “We have every confidence that patients will receive the best care possible at Wright & Filippis.”
