Dear List,
Has anyone figured out a way to get the smell out of a liner specifically an Ossur comfort liner silicone. My pt can’t be trusted with cleaning the liner however, we cleaned it and it still smells horrific. Please send suggestions I would like to help her out, she also is having dermatitis most likely due to bacteria buildup, and yes we are in the process of ordering a new one. I really would like suggestions to get rid of liner smell, and how to keep smell away.
