Medicare mastectomy bra allowance

Ingrid Frank, CP, CMF

Medicare as of January 1, 2010 allows us to dispense only a “three month
supply” of post-mastectomy pocketed bras at one time.

Has anyone figured out how many bras that is?

Has anyone asked Medicare for clarification of their regulation?
