Squeaking AFO?

Hi List
I have an adult patient wearing an articulating AFO which persists in
squeaking.I have tried all the old remedies of Talc, furniture polish,
silicon spray and lined the base of the AFO with Moleskin – all to no
avail. She wears New Balance sneakers and she is , of course, the most
demanding patient to have an audible disability!
Any help would be appreciated.
