Reqarding Thanks to Tom Fise

R.Turner

All,

(This is in addition to Mr Sam Hamontree’s well placed gratitude to AOPA and
in particular Tom Fise.)

With all due respect truly given, the Texas FDA was a very real issue that
had been in place for years.

And like so many “wins” within the politics and policies of O & P, its
defeat was a result of many individuals both Local and National– including
those people that bring this type of information to the Nationals for
action.

Volunteerism within O & P requires a great amount of time, dedication and
sacrifice. And with the speed of which things are changing, so often these
“team players” do not get the recognition they so richly deserve.

While in no way it is intended to depreciate the efforts made by Mr. Fise,
I would like to draw attention to and thank ALL of those involved for this
particular “Win”!
Let’s hope it stays in the win column!!

Thank you to EVERYONE that volunteers and serves on and in our National and
Local Organizations.
