Is anyone familiar with a spinal orthosis known as a “Murphy
Brace?” It’s reportedly designed to diminish the amount of
pulmonary compromise otherwise experienced with other TLSO’s in
the treatment of scoliosis (as communicated to one of our
Orthopaedists by another physician).
