WillowWood named Richard Hayes to a newly created position of executive vice president, strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Hayes will lead WillowWood’s strategy and financial planning and analysis organizations in assessing new market opportunities, partnerships, and targets for mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining WillowWood, Hayes spent twenty years at Deloitte Consulting, where his focus areas included business and operational strategy, top line growth, profitability, and value creation.
