Ability Prosthetics and Orthotics, headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, received a certificate from the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance for its best practices in reopening after the closure related to the spread of COVID-19.
Highlights of Ability’s best practices at all of its facilities include:
· Offering telemedicine appointments
· Patient cleaning stations upon entry with masks available
· Immediate rooming of patients upon entry
· Guests must wait outside of the facility rather than in the lobby
· Cleaning all touch points after each patient appointment
· Plexiglass shields at front desk to protect patients and staff
