The American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (the Academy) issued a call for submissions for organized sessions, free papers, and posters to be presented at the 52nd Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium being held February 18-21, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Submission topics include, but are not limited to:
- Advancements in prosthetic design and technology
- Innovations in orthotic intervention
- Clinical outcomes and patient-centered care
- Emerging materials and fabrication techniques
- Rehabilitation strategies and interdisciplinary approaches
The submission deadline for organized sessions, which propose a cohesive session featuring multiple presenters discussing a key topic in orthotics and prosthetics, is June 1.
Submissions for free papers that share individual research findings, case studies, or clinical experiences are due by July 13.
Submissions for posters that present work in a visually engaging format to stimulate discussion and collaboration are due November 30.
