The American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (the Academy) named the recipients of the 2025 Academy awards, which will be presented during the 51st Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium in Atlanta, February 26-March 1.
The recipients are:

- Adan Vazquez, MEd, CP/L, ACUE, Outstanding Educator Award
- Cody McDonald, PhD, MPH, CPO, Research Award
- Shane Grubbs, CPO/L, FAAOP, Clinical Creativity Award
- Taffy Bowman, CPO, FAAOP, Clinical Commitment Award
- Michelle Hall, MS, CPO, FAAOP(D), NCOPE Clinical Mentoring Award in Partnership with the Academy
- Richard Branch Hunsaker, MB, CPO, Mohamed Amin Award for Humanitarian Service
- Megan Sions, PhD, DPT, PT, Honorary Membership
