The American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) posted its annual report for 2023.
The report described several milestones achieved during the year, including the revisions of the Medicare O&P Patient Centered Care Act (HB 4315), which was reintroduced in the US House of Representatives this year; continued promotion of So Every BODY Can Move (formerly So Kids Can Move) legislation; and celebrating the first graduating class of the Hartford University certificate in O&P business management program.
