Bioness, Valencia, California, has started to ship the L300 Go Systems to domestic healthcare professionals and strategic international distributors for use in patients with foot drop and/or muscle weakness related to upper motor neuron disease or injury. The L300 Go System treats multiple forms of foot drop and knee instability. It was cleared by the U.S Food and Drug Administration for commercial use and received CE mark certification in early 2017.
