BionIT Labs named Gerald Stark, PhD, CPO/L, MSEM, FAAOP(D), as its director of clinical and technical operations for the United States.
Stark will be responsible for clinical and technical operations management in North America as well as training clinicians and providing technical assistance to customers.
Stark had been with Ottobock since 2012, most recently as the director of clinical affairs.
“Gerry brings outstanding technical expertise due to his background as an engineer, along with the clinical expertise and accreditation of an upper-limb specialized certified prosthetist. His great international experience in the prosthetic and orthopedic field, combined with his vibrant energy, are essential and invaluable assets for providing best-in-class customer support,” the company said.
