Create O&P Receives $250K Seed Money

Create Orthotics and Prosthetics, Lake Placid, New York, has received a second funding of $100,000 with another $150,000 committed from the Eastern New York Angels, an investment group that offers seed money to early-stage technology companies. Create provides tools, training, and support for O&P practices to incorporate digital workflows into their patient care. The investment will be used to expand the company’s software and product offerings, said CEO Cissi Schaffer.
