DME MAC Publishes Dear Clinician Letter for AFOs, KAFOs

The medical review department at Noridian, the Jurisdiction A Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractor (DME MAC), published a Dear Clinician Letter for AFOs and KAFOs on August 18.
