Dralla Foundation named Becky Piper, Meaghan Cusack, Psy.D., and Akeem Kearse as the newest members of its review board.
Piper, survivor of a life-changing attack that left her paralyzed on her right side, has spent over a decade empowering others with disabilities through Allard USA’s Get Back UP program. Piper, the community outreach coordinator with Allard, will contribute her lived experience to Dralla’s grant selection process.

Cusack, who has a transfemoral amputation and is an adaptive sports enthusiast, will bring a wealth of expertise to the board. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma at age ten, Cusack became a competitive adaptive climber and an advocate for mental health and physical empowerment.

Kearse, who has lower-limb bilateral amputations, is an accomplished hand cyclist and rock climber. Professionally, Kearse serves as a case coordinator, using his compassion and problem-solving skills to help others navigate complex challenges.
The review board plays a crucial role in determining the grants Dralla awards each year, helping individuals with physical challenges succeed.
