Eqwal Ability Netherlands, part of the Eqwal Group, acquired Pruis Schoentechniek & Voetzorg (Pruis Shoe Technology & Foot Care), headquartered in Apeldoorn, Netherlands.
Pruis Schoentechniek & Voetzorg, founded in 1932, and has 16 employees, will remain active under its own name for the time being, the company said.
