Fillauer Companies, Chattanooga, Tennessee, has named Jeff Dawson and Leon Owens as the new product sales specialists for the Northeast and Southeast regions, respectively.
Dawson ‘s region encompasses Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Owens’ region includes Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Dawson and Owens will focus on continued sales growth for Fillauer’s orthotic and prosthetic product lines, as well as tools and equipment.
Dawson has nearly 25 years of experience in O&P. Most recently, he worked for Freedom Innovations as a regional sales manager for lower-limb prosthetics. Owens served in the U.S. Army for nine years before earning a bachelor’s degree in economics at Georgia State University. He began his career in O&P at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta as an O&P technician. Most recently, Owens worked in the medical device field as an orthopedic trauma sales consultant for DePuy Synthes.
