Rex Allen McKinney, CPO, passed away January 11 in El Dorado, Kansas, where he was born. He was 71.
McKinney began his career in Las Vegas and worked in California, Colorado, and Kansas City before starting his own O&P business in Wichita, Kansas. McKinney owned Rex McKinney and Associates for 35 years before he sold it and retired to care for his parents in El Dorado.
McKinney studied O&P at Cerritos College and attended the University of California, Los Angeles, before becoming certified in O&P.
