About Us: Join our hospital-based Prosthetics and Orthotics (P\&O) practice at UNC Health. We serve an exciting and diverse patient population and pride ourselves on our engaged and collaborative team.
Position Overview: We have openings for two Prosthetist-Orthotists (CPOs) and one Pedorthist (CPed), with start dates available June–September. We are seeking energetic, collaborative teammates to join our dynamic practice. As a Prosthetist-Orthotist or Pedorthist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, design, and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing patient education and support.
- Stay current with advancements in P\&O technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist (CPO) or Certified Pedorthist (CPed)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care
