I know you are crunching through the December rush now, and I appreciate you taking the time to read this month’s column. We’re all focused on getting through the month, but let’s not start next year behind. With the calendar turning a page, it’s time to look ahead and set specific goals for 2024.
Before diving into the future, take some time to reflect on the current year: assess your progress, identify areas of strength and weakness, and celebrate your successes. Make sure you recognize and acknowledge the people who have helped make things work.
