Level Four Orthotics and Prosthetics, headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, announced the appointment of James Button as its CEO. He was previously the CEO of Allard USA, Rockaway, New Jersey.

Button has led the revitalization and growth of companies in a variety of industries, including orthotics, business telecommunications systems, oil refining, entertainment transportation, and methanol production. He started his career as an investment banker in corporate finance and later moved into private equity. Button earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School and a bachelor of arts degree in economics and political science from the University of Rochester.
