There is more time to be “grandparented” for an O&P license
in New Jersey. Due to unforeseen administrative delays, the New
Jersey State Board of Examiners in Orthotics and Prosthetics felt
there was insufficient time for potential licensees to submit their
applications. Thus, the board voted unanimously for a time
extension to May 12, 2003 from the previous date of December 14,
2002.
