Otto Bock Health Care has formed a new subsidiary, Otto Bock
Andina, in Cali, Colombia, the company announced January 2. Otto
Bock Andina will be responsible for representing Otto Bock in the
countries of Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. With this new subsidiary,
Otto Bock, based in Duderstadt, Germany, now has direct ownership
of four subsidiaries in the Latin America countries of Mexico,
Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia. The latest business formation
represents Otto Bock’s continued commitment to and investment in
this region, the company stated.
