Rebound O&P Opens in Minneapolis Area

A new company, Rebound Orthotics and Prosthetics Inc. , began operation in the Minneapolis, Minnesota, area suburb of Waconia June 7.

"We chose the location because the western suburbs have always been under-serviced," said Steve Kulifaj, CO, company co-owner, noting that previously the nearest O&P facilities were about 30 miles away.

Co-owner Chad Chappuis, CO, said, "We have a strong commitment to the community and believe that the closer we work with the prescribing physicians and therapists, the better the overall outcome will be for our patients. I strongly believe that our location paired with our patient first approach will help create a strong symbiotic relationship for the future."

Each clinician at Rebound Orthotics and Prosthetics has worked in various specialty areas including level-one trauma, pediatrics, spinal trauma, and cerebral palsy, among others, said Kulifaj. Together the clinical staff has over 20 years experience in pediatric through geriatric rehabilitation, he added.

"The western suburbs have long needed a dedicated O&P provider, and I am extremely excited about our future within the community," said Mark Fladung, CP. "I am excited to work for a private organization where the sole commitment is to patient care."

Rebound Orthotics and Prosthetics Inc. is located at 110 South Vine Street, Waconia, Minnesota. The companys phone number is 952.442.3233; fax is 952.442.4959.
