A new world-class event, the QUALCOMM Million Dollar Challenge
(MDC), will raise funds for the Challenged Athletes Foundation
(CAF), based in Del Mar, California, CAF announced. The event,
scheduled for October, will be “what promises to be an
unforgettable experience” as 100 riders take the 640-mile journey
down the beautiful California coastline, according to CAF. Along
the way, they will change gears and lives by raising funds to
provide specialized equipment, training and support for physically
challenged athletes.
