The 2006 Ironman Revisited event has been postponed to 2007, the
Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF), Del Mar, California,
announced. “As a result of fewer registrants and fundraising
necessary to make the event a success, the decision was made to
cancel the event for this year,” said Bob Babbitt and Rick
Kozlowski, co-founders of CAF and Ironman Revisited. “We realize
this may cause an inconvenience; however, it is in the best
interest of CAF and the athletes of for whom we raise funds.”
