U.S. MedSys Corp. Expands Board of Directors

Kenneth R. Cooke, MD, and Robert Wiltz have been selected to fulfill positions on the Board of Directors of U.S. MedSys Corp., Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, the company announced.

Cooke received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986 and his medical degree from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1990. Cooke's career has included a residency with The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from 1990-93 and a clinical and post-doctoral fellowship centered on pediatric hematology and oncology at the Dana Faber Cancer Institute and Children's Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts, from 1993-96. From 1996-1999 Cooke also was an academic instructor in pediatrics at the Harvard Medical School and the Dana Faber Cancer Institute and Children's Hospital, Boston. Since 1999, Cooke has been an associate professor at the University of Michigan Cancer Center-Department of Pediatrics and Communicable Diseases. His current responsibilities also include clinical trial studies and grant research.

Wiltz received his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Kansas State University. Wiltz also has completed various graduate management programs at Rice University, University of Minnesota, and Northeastern University. He was employed as a designer and project manager for the Apollo and other space programs.

Wiltz was employed by Alfa Laval, Inc. for 14 years, retiring as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Currently, Wiltz is semi-retired while providing operational consulting services to various organizations.

U.S. MedSys CEO Anthony Rubino said, "By being able to have these gentlemen join our board, the extensive experience they bring strengthens our organization's ability to move forward with our long-term strategic plan."
