Pediatric Prosthetics Releases Letter to Stockholders

Pediatric Prosthetics Inc., Houston, Texas, on September 19, 2006, issued the following update to its stockholders from Kenneth Bean, vice president of operations and co-founder of Pediatric Prosthetics Inc.:

Dear Valued Shareholders,

Since day one, our efforts here at Pediatric Prosthetics Inc. have been directed at building a formidable company in which every stockholder can be proud of being a part of. Many of them, in fact, have visited our clinic in Houston to watch children begin a whole new future.

Interestingly enough, some of our most delighted shareholders are in the medical profession. They intuitively understand that one does not brag or boast about profitability when the quality of life of one's patients and families is at stake. They understand that quiet understatement must be part of our professional life at Pediatric Prosthetics. They also know that there are children living in virtually every community in America with limb-loss, and that providing prosthetic care for those children is a hundred million dollar per year specialty.

They know that before the existence of Pediatric Prosthetics, most of those children's families spent a minimum of four to six weeks per year getting their child re-fitted as they grew. We routinely accomplish a superior fitting in less than a week. They understand the significance of our "productivity gradient," and the implications for profitability.

As a publicly traded corporation, we are now working toward full compliance and reporting status with the SEC, and earning NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board status. We plan to submit our amended Form 10SB this week. We have spent enormous effort and expense in that effort on behalf of our shareholders over the last year in the belief that their faith in us will be validated as we join the ranks of companies subject to full SEC mandated transparency.

We have built a viable national company with a solid national customer base and significant revenue, and we are now positioned to accelerate our level of performance and growth, and demonstrate our true capabilities. If I may use aviation terminology, we believe we have reached V-1 (rotation velocity).

We appreciate the patience that shareholders have shown, and deeply thank you for the support that you have given us in our take-off run. We shall never take your support for granted, and please know that we consider each of you a genuine partner in our venture. We so look forward to that day of full transparency.
