Doug Kreitzer has joined Ohio Willow Wood, Mt. Sterling, Ohio,
as sales and customer care manager. Kreitzer will manage both the
customer care team and the company’s US field support
representatives. “He will work with the customer care team
enhancing tools and procedures to ensure customers continue to
receive top-quality service,” the company said. “Kreitzer will
actively assist the field support representatives in their efforts
to keep customers informed and knowledgeable about available new
and existing Ohio Willow Wood products.”
