PEL Supply Company, Cleveland, Ohio, has promoted
Paul Kraus to the position of director of Customer Service/director
of Information Technology, the company announced. In his new
position, Kraus has responsibility for the performance of PEL’s
Customer Service team, including staffing, training, and
“maintaining the exceptional personalized service to practitioners
for which PEL Supply is so well known,” the company said. As
director of Information Technology, his primary role is maintaining
all aspects of the company’s hardware, software, and network
needs.
