The UpperEx National Outreach Coalition, Maple Grove, Minnesota,
unveiled its three-year strategic plan, and the organization
identified six main goals it wants to develop between now and 2010.
These goals include constituent services; service provider
education; communication and public awareness; recreational and
social events; collaboration and alliances; and structure and
resources.
