Dutch researchers at the Delft University of Technology in the
Netherlands are developing a radar system that could be used to
clear conflict zones of landmines. In Inderscience’s Journal of
Design Research, the team explains how the new technology,
which they hope will be able to see through solid earth, could
eventually make vast tracts of land around the globe safeonce
more.
