Ergoresearch Ltd, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, said it
plans to buy Orthoconcept, an O&P device firm based in Laval,
Quebec, for $2.7 million. Ergoresearch said the deal includes all
of Orthoconcept’s assests, including the Orthoconcept, Podoconcept,
and Newskinparts trademarks.
