PEL Supply has promoted Sara Lutz to the new position of vendor-relationship manager, where she will serve as the main contact at PEL for new and existing vendors and will be responsible for scheduling in-service sessions and business meetings with vendors. She will also transmit product information to customer service representatives.
Lutz will work in conjunction with Mike Vaughn, whose role as product manager has been revised. Vaughn’s duties in product pricing, sales trends, classification of sales results for analysis, and researching new products have been expanded, and he will assume sole responsibility for reports of products that have been requested by customers but are not in PEL’s system.
