Anatomical Concepts, Poland, Ohio, has appointed Joseph W. Whiteside, CO, LO, as its new vice president of marketing and clinical director of research and development.
According to Anatomical concepts, Whiteside has 32 years of orthotic clinical and technical experience. After attending the orthotics certificate program at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois, in 1983, he was certified as an ABC orthotist and became licensed in the state of Ohio. He is past president of the Ohio Orthotic and Prosthetic Association and has presented internationally, nationally, regionally, and locally on various orthotic subjects. He is the father of two daughters and resides in Poland, Ohio, with his wife, Mary Sue.
