Ohio Willow Wood, Mount Sterling Ohio, has promoted Vince Coole, CP, to the role of product specialist. The position has been renamed from technical sales associate, and is a marketing position for the company’s product education activities. Coole will join fellow product specialist Bob Beatty in working directly with prosthetists and prosthetic facilities through a variety of channels, including the following:
- Personal visits to O&P facilities for one-on-one review of traditional products and custom fabrication services.Product demonstrations at facilities considering purchasing.
- Presentations of educational and clinical content at state and national conferences.
- Teaching product-education summits at Ohio Willow Wood headquarters.
Beatty and Coole will also work with Ohio Willow Wood’s U.S. distributors to educate practitioners about Ohio Willow Wood products, and will accompany distributor sales reps to customer facilities for in-depth technical product support and training.
According to Ohio Willow Wood, Coole was educated in prosthetics at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois. He joined Ohio Willow Wood in 2006 after 22 years of working in private prosthetic practice. Coole will be working with clinicians and facilities in the Northeast and in most South Atlantic states.
