Cheryl Lewis, CO(c), has launched CK Ortho Inc. in Chatham, Ontario, Canada. The clinic will provide custom orthotic treatment, including onsite fabrication and same-day repairs and adjustments, according to a news brief in The Chatham Daily News. The clinic also provides customized fracture braces and other trauma-related orthotics.
“I recognize Chatham-Kent’s need for a certified orthotist and look forward to helping this underserviced area continue to expand and improve medical services in the community,” Lewis said.
Lewis received her undergraduate degree in human kinetics from the University of Guelph, Ontario, and her clinical training in prosthetics and orthotics at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto. She completed her residency in Windsor, Ontario.
