OrPro Prosthetics & Orthotics, headquartered in Irvine, California, has promoted Rebecca Russell, CPO, to the position of practice leader in its Waldorf, Maryland, office.
Russell earned a bachelor of science degree in biology at the University of Maryland, College Park, andis a 2006 honors graduate from the master of science in prosthetics and orthotics (MSPO) program at Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti. She completed her prosthetics residency in OrPro’s Dayton, Ohio, office and her orthotics residency in the company’s Waldorf, Maryland, office. She received her ABC certification in prosthetics in 2008 and her certification in orthotics in 2009. According to OrPro, Russell has “distinguished herself through her professional care with patients while developing and fostering outstanding relationships with the area physicians and other referral sources.”
