Pediatric Prosthetics, Houston, Texas has announced the acquisition of Marathon Healthcare, Brooklyn, New York, a private, wholly owned subsidiary of Pediatric Prosthetics.
MacDonald Tudeme has been appointed as the company’s new chief executive officer, according to a Pediatric Prosthetics news release. Tudeme has extensive experience as the senior administrator of a private healthcare agency that provides health and housing services to underprivileged clients and as an executive of a healthcare staffing company; he has more than 20 years of experience in functional, managerial, and operational disciplines in both public and private corporations; and he was responsible for new business development and strategic planning for various companies.
Tudeme holds a master of business administration degree (MBA) from City University Los Angeles, California; a post-graduate diploma from Aston University, Birmingham, England; and a certificate in advanced study at Brunel University, West London, England.
“I am looking forward to directing the growth of Pediatric Prosthetics,” Tudeme said.
