Fillauer Companies, Chattanooga, Tennessee, has named Randy DeSha as the company’s new chief financial officer (CFO) once former CFO, Ed Connelly, retires.
A senior executive with 35 years of experience in banking and business acquisitions, DeSha will oversee Fillauer’s financial management process in his new role. In previous positions, DeSha implemented detailed comparative financial statements and a cost accounting system. He is a certified public accountant and holds a master in business administration degree in finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
