Andy Schmitz has joined Orthotic and Prosthetic Group of America (OPGA), Waterloo, Iowa, in the newly created position of member development coordinator.
He will be in charge of membership recruitment and retention, and will also coordinate special vendor projects, according to Todd Eagen, OPGA director of sales.
Prior to joining OPGA, Schmitz was an account manager at VGM Financial Services, Waterloo, Iowa, a part of VGM group (the parent company of OPGA) for six years. He graduated from Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa, with a degree in business administration.
