Rx Textiles, Monroe, North Carolina, announced that it has acquired the PVA product line from Trulife, Dublin, Ireland. Rx Textiles will own, manufacture, and sell the Trulife PVA product line to new and existing customers through its subsidiary, SPT Technology.
“Our number one priority in the short term is to make sure the existing customer base is taken care of and the transition runs as smoothly as possible,” said Joe Davant, president of Rx Textiles.
“Selling the PVA bag product line to Rx Textiles allows us to dedicate more resources to our core products and services,” said Noel Murphy, CEO of Trulife.
