Cascade Orthopedic Supply, Chico, California, announced the opening of a new distribution center in Chicago, Illinois. The 24,000-square-foot distribution center will be fully staffed and operational by early January 2013.
Cascade said the new facility will allow it to more readily deliver products via ground shipment anywhere in the contiguous United States within two business days. Patient care facilities local to the greater Chicago area will have access to same-day deliveries and next-day deliveries will be available to most facilities in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and parts of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Missouri.
