The National Association for the Advancement of Orthotics and Prosthetics (NAAOP) has released a new video webcast. In NAAOP’s “Physician Documentation: Q&A,” NAAOP General Counsel Peter Thomas, JD, provides answers to questions that arose, but were not fully addressed, in the April 17 NAAOP all-member webinar on issues related to physician documentation and appeals.
Specifically, Thomas discusses additional documentation requests, predischarge delivery, prepayment reviews, and Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) reviews.
The webcast is posted on the NAAOP website, shared with members via e-mail, and made available through the NAAOP page on Facebook.
